Important Notes for KGs at Exams

Dear parents:
Kindly be informed that:

1. Students are expected to be in their full uniform.
2. Students are expected to be at school 8.00 a.m. and leaving 2.15 p.m. till Thursday 29/12/2016.
3. Exams will start from 1/1/2017 till 3/1/2017. Please send your child’s bag and dairy in case of distributing any important papers.
4. During the 3 days of exams students will leave at 11.00 a.m., parents who are not joining the school bus are requested to collect their kids from school maximum at 11:30 a.m..
5.  Please be accurate and on time.

ىرجى من سيادتكم مراعاة الآتي:

1. إلتزام الطلاب بالزى المدرسى كاملاً.
2. الإلتزام مواعيد الحضور الساعة 8.00 والإنصراف الساعة 2.15 حتى يوم الخميس         الموافق 29/12/2016.
3. ستبدأ الإمتحانات يوم 1/1/2017 حتي يوم 3/1/2017 مع إحضار حقيبة الطالب و الـ Dairy يومياً فى حالة توزيع أى أوراق هامة.
4. فى خلال أيام الإمتحانات سيتم إنصراف الطلبة أيام الإمتحانات فى تمام الساعة 11.00 صباحاً وعلى أولياء أمور الطلبة الغير مشتركين فى اتوبيس المدرسة الحضور لإصطحاب ذويهم فى موعد أقصاه 11.30 صباحاً.
5. برجاء الإلتزام بموعد الإنصراف.
