Green Park Trip

We have the pleasure to announce a trip to
"Green Park” in Ourabi District; Behind Carrefour; Obour city.

Date: Tuesday, December 4th, 2018

Time: Departure time from school: 08:30 a.m. - Back to school at 02:00 p.m.

N.B.: Parents are requested to collect their kids from school maximum at 02:10 p.m.
Please don’t be late as buses will leave at 8:30 a.m.

Activities: Coloring their own art work -  planting - painting on walls - baking fresh bread - feeding animals  - making accessories – riding horses –  and lots of other fun activities with the DJ and Disney Characters during the day.

Dress Code: P.E. Uniform is a must + students’ ID.

Please provide your child with enough food and water.

For non-participants, it’s preferable to stay at home so that they won’t be affected by watching their friends joining the trip.

 

  • Please cut the slip of the page and send it back to school with your signature and approval / disapproval.
  • Due date for receiving the slip and the fees is Monday,December 3th, 2018.

No fees will be accepted on the same day of the trip

السادة أولياء الأمور:

يسعدنا الإعلان عن رحلة إلي  “Green Park”المكان : جمعية عرابى – خلف كارفور العبور.                                                                                                      

التاريخ: الثلاثاء 4 ديسمبر 2018.

الموعد: التجمع الساعة 8:30 صباحاً والعودة فى تمام الساعة .. : 2 مساءاً.

ملحوظة هامة: على جميع أولياء الأمور إصطحاب الأطفال من المدرسة بعد الرحلة بحد أقصى الساعة 2.10 مساءًا .

  • المدرسة غير مسئولة عن تأخر حضور أى طفل عن الساعة 8:30 صباحاً.
  • الأنشطة: (فخار – زراعة – رسم على الحائط – خبيز – مشاهدة الحيوانات – عمل أكسسوار – ركوب خيل – DJ و مسابقات).

الزى المطلوب : الرياضى بالكامل + كارت تعريف الطالب I.D.

برجاء إعطاء الطفل كمية كافية من الطعام والماء فى شنطه صغيرة.

  1. برجاء عدم حضور الطلبة والطالبات الغير مشتركين بالرحلة حرصاً منا على نفسية الطفل فى ذلك اليوم.

لمرجو من سيادتكم إرسال الجزء الأسفل من الورقة بعد التوقيع عليه بالموافقة أو الرفض علماً بأن آخر موعد لتسلم الموافقة والإشتراك هو يوم الأثنين 3 ديسمبر  2018.

 

لن يسمح بالإشتراك فى نفس يوم الرحلة
